Your first month includes a full video or phone consultation. In this session, I’ll assess your current ability, challenges, and goals. From there, I’ll design a tailored exercise programme built around your needs and limitations.

All video calls are help on the Zoom platform and on going check-ins can be held on Zoom or Facetime to suit your requirements.

That’s completely normal. Every programme is designed around your current ability, and we adjust as needed. You’ll also have WhatsApp support and bi-weekly check-ins so we can make changes quickly if something isn’t working for you.

Yes. After your first month, Regain Online runs on a simple monthly subscription of £99. You can cancel anytime, and your payments will stop from the next billing cycle.

If you cancel within your first month, your £99 subscription is refundable. However, the £60 consultation fee included in your first payment is non-refundable, as it covers the time and expertise invested in your assessment and programme design.

Many clients experience notable change within the first week after making various changes to their routine. This being said, every Stroke is completely different and results are dependant on many factors, including; Severity of stroke, frequency of rehabilitation training, level of spasticity, cognitive impairments and level of support available from caregivers.

No. Most exercises can be done safely at home with little or no equipment. If equipment would benefit your recovery, I’ll recommend affordable, practical options that suit your environment.

Yes. Many of my clients join Regain Online after their NHS or community physiotherapy ends. Stroke recovery does not stop after discharge, with ongoing support and accountability, you can continue making real progress.

Absolutely. I encourage carers and family members to be involved if possible. It can provide extra motivation and ensure you feel supported at home. If you'd like them to be involved in certain aspects of your exercise routine, i can factor this in to your programme.
